President’s Corner – January 2017
Welcome to the new Central Viera Community Association, Inc. website! This website was developed with residents in mind in order to provide a communication portal for you to find information about the Viera community and about your master homeowners’ association.
Websites can be an important part of HOA governance as they are extremely useful for information dissemination and resident engagement. The calendar feature will help you keep track of HOA meetings and special events and the News/Blog feature will ensure you are up-to-date with the latest tips, tricks and advice for living in an HOA community.
Also, I would strongly encourage everyone to sign up for our Email News so that you can periodically get CVCA news delivered directly to your email inbox. The email distribution list will never be used for ads or commercial purposes – this will only be announcements and articles related to YOUR homeowners’ association and all the information you need to enjoy life in Viera.
