Anyone living within Viera is able to register for the Fairway Management Homeowner Portal: CINC. Fairway Management oversees all common areas, most parks, and public landscape areas within Viera. Through CINC, residents can opt in to receive text message notifications about updates, maintenance reminders, management notices, and other essential neighborhood information.
How to Register for Your Homeowner Portal Account:
- Go to www.fairwaymgmt.com
- Click “Homeowner Portal / Pay Assessments”
- Select “Sign In” at the top right
- Click “Create Account”
- Fill out the information and click “Register”
- Fairway Management will review your registration
- After approval, you’ll receive an email from donotreply@cincsystem.net with a link to create your password.
- Sign Up for Brevard County Emergency Alerts
All Brevard County residents are strongly encouraged to sign up for Brevard County Emergency Management (BrevardEOC) text notifications.
