• CVCA Community Highlights:
Fire damage at Town Center Park has been repaired. Playground equipment is also being replaced under warranty and should be installed soon.
o The “rocketship” at Sandhill park has been replaced and that park is back fully open. We appreciate your patience as we awaited the manufacturer and installation.
o Pickleball courts at Palmetto Park and Sandhill Park have both been resurfaced this summer and are now back open for use.
o We appreciate everyone’s help in keeping eyes on our park facilities so that we can continue to keep the parks in great condition. If you have any concerns or see items that many need attention, please report that to Fairway Management at tomdillon@fairwaymgmt.com or 321-777-7575.
o We continue to have security patrols to the parks to keep vandalism and loitering down. Reminder all parks close at dusk, there should not be any parking in the community parks after dusk or overnight. The vehicles will be towed if they are left overnight in the park. If you see activity after dark, you can report that to the non-emergency number for the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department 321-633-2123.
