- CVCA Community Highlights:
- Management has been busy with maintenance at all of the park facilities and keeping them in good shape. If you have any concerns or see items that many need attention, please report that to Fairway Management at tomdillon@fairwaymgmt.com or 321-777-7575.
- We continue to have security patrols to the parks to keep vandalism and loitering down. Reminder all parks close at dusk, there should not be any parking in the community parks after dusk or overnight. The vehicles will be towed if they are left overnight in the park. If you see activity after dark, you can report that to the non-emergency number for the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department 321-633-2123.
LANDSCAPING:
- Tropic Care continues to work on mulching all of the medians and landscape beds and are working their way from north to South. Currently the areas north of Wickham Road have been completed. The areas south of Wickham Road are currently being worked on.
- Rye grass seed was laid in the medians and right of ways on the major roadways to keep the nice green grass look throughout the winter months.
