  • CVCA Community Highlights:
    • Management has been busy with maintenance at all of the park facilities and keeping them in good shape. If you have any concerns or see items that many need attention, please report that to Fairway Management at tomdillon@fairwaymgmt.com or 321-777-7575.
    • We have unfortunately had to add security patrols to the parks over the summer to keep vandalism and loitering down. Reminder all parks close at dusk, if you see activity after dark, you can report that to the non-emergency number for the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department 321-633-2123.

If anyone has any questions or concerns, please contact Fairway Management at 321-777-7575 or tomdillon@fairwaymgmt.com.
