Welcome to Lakeside at Viera Town Center, the premier outdoor amphitheater in Viera! 

Lakeside at Viera Town Center includes the amphitheatre and lawn space in front of the amphitheatre.  It does not include Lakeside Social which is the food truck portion, beverage pavilion, or lake front dock area.  These two areas are connected and you are able to move freely from one to the other, but a rental for Lakeside at Viera Town Center does not include exclusive use of Lakeside Social.

PRICING

Minimum of 4 hour rental

Who are members? Members pay Central Viera Community Association (CVCA) assessments. 

PRIVATE RENTALS - private event not open to the public

  • CVCA Members - $100 per hour (4 hour minimum)
  • Non-Members - $150 per hour (4 hour minimum) 
  • Government / Civic / Non-profit / Schools - $100 per hour (4 hour minimum) 

PUBLIC RENTALS  - open to everyone

Public Rental prices vary and will be discussed upon application. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT - all rentals require $250 refundable security deposit. 

INFLATABLE FEE - $25

 

 Rules and Regulations

  • No outside food or drinks without prior approval from the CVCA Events Team
    • If outside food or drinks are brought on without prior approval the renter may be removed from the site and will forfiet all deposits and fees.
  • Inflatables are allowed
    • Only dry inflatables allowed
    • Power is available but you must provide cord protectors across any walking area
    • Inflatable company must provide COI with Central Viera Community Association listed as the certificate holder at least 48 hours in advance of event. Insurance requirements will be found in the rental contract. 
  • Event Host must be onsite at all times during their rental period and serve as the point of contact for CVCA
  • For Private Events, Event Host is responsible for guests 
  • For Public & Private Events, Event Host is responsible for any vendors contracted to attend the event
  • No off-leash pets. Violators will be removed.
  • Pedestrians Only allowed on site - no golf carts, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, electric bikes, motorbikes, skates
  • Event Host is responsible to leave the site the way it was found by removing all items from the grounds in the time frame reserved - this includes trash, tables, tents, chairs, inflatables, sound equipment, lights. 
  • Other rules and regulations as explained by CVCA Events Team will be complied with. 

   FAQ:

  • How far in advance should I reserve Lakeside at Viera Town Center? - As early as possible. No less than 30 days in advance.
  • Can I cancel/what is your cancellation policy? - If you cancel 7 days or less from the scheduled event, security deposit will be lost.
  • Are decorations allowed? - Yes, but you will be responsible for putting them up and taking them down at the end of the event.
  • Where do guests park? - There is a parking lot on the east side of the park and street parking along Town Center Avenue and Rodina Drive.
  • What is included in our rental? - Access to the lawn and stage and access to power.
  • Are outside vendors allowed? - No food vendors are allowed. However other vendors are so long as an approved Certificate of Insurance has been provided to CVCA officials beforehand. 
  • Are Bounce Houses allowed? - Yes, with a $25 bounce house fee they are allowed. Water slide/water bounce houses are not.
  • What type of events can be held at Lakeside at Viera Town Center? - Large community events, health and wellness events, movie nights, pop up markets, performances and more. This park is not the best location for smaller, more intimate events, such as a kids birthday party.
