Viera Resident Orientation (Rescheduled from 9/29 to 10/12)

Our Resident Orientation program is a two-hour class developed to inform new Viera residents a little bit about the history of Viera, the governance structure here and the various governing entities, including who is responsible for what. The class also delves into environmental issues such as Florida Friendly landscaping and stormwater runoff. Finally, we discuss the Viera Roundabout and the local ordinance governing golf cart usage within the community. Whether you have lived in Viera for a week or for ten years, you will definitely learn something about our wonderful community you didn’t know before.

All classes are held at the Addison Village Club located at 8150 Stadium Parkway, Viera, Florida 32940. For more information or to RSVP for the class, please call Eva M.
